Hello,Was running ZASS v6.1.744 which I had fogrot the password on and followed all above directions and was still stuck with the password prompt. Decided to delete all files in the C:\WINNT\Internet Logs or C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs folder in Safe Mode, not just the ones noted above, then ran uninstaller. Problem solved Never tried to see if I could access program after deleting those files, just wanted to uninstall it. So others who try this, be sure to have your key and software ready to re-installThx to previous reply's for your help!BriGuy?-Windows 2000 SP4-
